Central Illinois Title Company has signed a multi-year lease to occupy 145 South Water Street, Decatur.  This allows the Title Company to expand into a ground floor space.  The relocation also allows for the expansion of the law firm of Heavner, Scott, Beyers & Mihlar within Galeeria Plaza.

Fairview Park Plaza, a Kroger anchored shopping center managed by Main Place Properties, recently added new tenants to its roster.  Decatur Memorial Hospital announced that DMH Express Care West will occupy 1663 West King Street.  Opening is scheduled for early 2009. 

Richland Community College ("RCC") will occupy a 4,200 square foot space within the center.  RCC's new learning center plans to have its space located at 1485 West King available for classes beginning in Spring 2009.  

Tim Vieweg, a sales associate with Main Place Properties, represented both parties in the purchase of a 173,000 square foot material distribution facility located in Decatur's Park 101 Industrial Park.  The tenant paid $5.15 million to acquire the property from a private investment group.
