Tim Raycraft, Esq. - The manager of Main Place Properties, is a licensed attorney and real estate broker with a master's degree in accounting.  

Dina Durbin - A Main Place Properties broker as well, she has been with the company from its beginning.  With over 27 years experience in real estate leasing as well as property management, she effectively and efficiently takes care of her customers' needs.  Managing day to day operations is Dina's specialty.

Tim Vieweg - A real estate salesperson for over 15 years, concentrates his efforts on buying, selling, and leasing commercial real estate.  Tim does not focus only on properties managed by Main Place Properties but serves a wide array of clients, including owners, tenants, sellers and buyers.  Tim joined Main Place Properties in April of 2008.

Lisa Vieweg - A motivated salesperson with a proven track record; Lisa joined Main Place Properties in July of 2009. Lisa concentrates her efforts assisting clients to maximize exposure of their property. A Decatur native, Lisa also guides businesses to the location that best fits their needs.

Cathy Parker - Our Executive Secretary, patiently, pleasantly, and effectively assists our team in all facets of our business.

Jaime Shobe-Brown - Main Place Properties' Controller, is a seasoned real estate accountant who promptly and accurately keeps and updates all books and records for the Company and its clients.  In addition to a degree in accountancy, Jaime earned her M.B.A. from Millikin University.

Jeff Grider, Todd Daniels, Gary Rutherford, Eric Andreas, Randy Bates and Billy Nash - make up our experienced maintenence team and are prepared to serve our properties' needs 24/7.

Main Place Properties manages Spitler Park Townhomes-a 24 unit townhouse community located in Mt. Zion, Illinois. Although Main Place Properties associates do not regularly list residential properties, we keep up with real estate market trends in order to provide the highest level of service to our clients.

Main Place associates are skilled in every facet of the retail brokerage business.
